Opening a cafe has always been a life-long dream for us. We love entertaining friends and family, and enjoy making your visit to Under The Red Umbrella a unique experience all its own. In December 2006, Under The Red Umbrella opened its doors to the community of Everett. The warm reception and excitement has grown to become a place where 'Friends and Family Gather'. We are a cafe that is both charming, intimate yet fun to share with both friends and family. In the Living Room, you can cozy up in our overstuffed couches and chairs with your favorite food and drink. Sit back and relax, you are home. Whether it's a simple breakfast before work of quiche, choice breakfast sandwiches or burritos and fresh fruit salad, we welcome you to sit, relax and read the morning paper. For lunch, you can create your own sandwich or choose from one of our specialty sandwiches -- Singin' In The Rain is definitely a take home family favorite as are our 1/3lb Bison Burgers. On the run? Need it To-Go? Call in your order and we'll have it ready for you to pickup on your way by. And compliment your order with one of our piping hot soups or freshly made deli salads. Rain or shine, Under The Red Umbrella offers sidewalk cafe seating with, of course, our red umbrellas and tables. Enjoy your afternoon meal or glass of wine while basking in the sun. For those toasty afternoons you can put the freeze on the heat with our fruit smoothies made with all natural fruit juices, non-fat yogurt or ice cream. On Friday evenings, from 7 - 9 pm, we host Live Music Under the Umbrella. Come listen to local musicians perform jazz, rock, blues, folk, country and much more. Bring your friends and family and enjoy one of our appetizers along with a glass of wine or a cold beer.
