Gourmet House Roasted Coffee
The Under The Red Umbrella roast is made right here in the cafe. Using a combination of gourmet coffee beans we roast a 4-bean Italian Blend for our house drip coffee, and a 2-bean Espresso Blend for our delicious espresso beverages. Our Decaf Espresso Blend is also available as well as our Water Process Decaf House drip coffee blend.
You simply will not find coffee any fresher! We will even roast it fresh while you sit, relax and enjoy a cup of Joe, 18 minutes is all the time it takes! 1/2 lb ~ 5 | 1 lb ~ 8.5

We are excited to announce new specialty meats such as Ground Bison by the pound which we believe to be the finest burger you will taste! And we offer 100% Bison Dogs by the package, once you have had these you will never go back to beef.
